Xander’s Classic Mix #3: Dance, Hiphop, Rap and Pop Edition

Did something different here. For the first two volumes of this series I pre-sequenced the tracks in Audacity and applied volume leveling, and ordered the tracks so it’d evenly fill up the sides. For this, I didn’t do that, I just ran Winamp straight into the tape deck and recorded whatever I felt like. (the reason Jellyfish Jam is at the end of Side 1 is because I needed something to fill up like 2:30 at the end of the side and I said ahh screw it, let’s do the funny.)

This one was recorded onto a random C90 type 1 Ferric tape I had lying around, whereas the other two were recorded onto better condition and better quality Chrome tapes. This tape has no labels or identifying marks anywhere on it so I’m unsure of the maker. It’s a former "Property of the State of West Virginia" tape that I’ve had for several years and done a ton of recordings with, mostly with my old half-speed APH tape recorder hooked to my old SAGE ENDEC.
